Refund Policy

This explains when and how Rong Boutique issues refunds.

Eligibility

Refunds are issued for approved returns and for orders we are unable to fulfil. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit / cash for COD orders). Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
